Our routes are organized around your trash pickup day to guarantee that your bins are empty. Generally, we will schedule your service for the next trash pickup day following your signup date. We will also call to confirm.
Same-day service is generally not possible. We optimize our routes are to provide consistent, top-quality service for all of our clients. Therefore, we cannot deviate from our routes for same-day cleanings.
Services are scheduled based on the plan you select. Monthly subscriptions include 1 cleaning per month, bimonthly subscriptions include 1 cleaning every other month, and quarterly plans will include 1 cleaning every 3 months.
If you forget to put your bins out, we will attempt to reschedule your service for the following week.
Bin cleaning service depends on the pickup times set by your local trash pick management service. If they do not operate on holidays, then your trash bins will not be emptied and therefore we will not be able to service your location. We will adjust our schedule to compensate for any similar issues.

Trash pickup times are often unpredictable and can changed based on the needs of your trash pickup service. Also, the recycling pickup and trash pickup are generally not done by the same truck so it is hard to tell when both bins will be ready for cleaning. For this reason, we choose to come the day after.
